About us

willgent.co.uk is operated by Will Gent, a sole trader. By using this website and purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Orders and payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by Stripe and we send you an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Made-to-order products

All prints and calendars are produced to order and are personalised goods. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We ship to the address you provide; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs procedures for international orders.

Intellectual property

All photographs on this website are the sole copyright of Will Gent. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the physical print. It does not transfer any copyright or grant any right to reproduce, copy, or distribute the image in any form.

Website use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with other users.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
